We finance, develop and invest in mortgages on behalf of pension funds and other institutional investors, such as insurers. In total, we manage € 28 billion for 70 clients. We furthermore actively seek out interaction between the financial and social added value of real estate and mortgages. We are a 100 percent subsidiary of Achmea B.V. and part of the Achmea Group.
